Be Ready for the Next Large Earthquake:

Newark homeowners are eligible to apply for Earthquake Brace + Bolt Retrofit grants from the California Residential Mitigation Program. The grants provide up to $3,000 to secure homes against seismic events, and up to $7,000 for households with a total income of less than $89,040.
